Nicolaj Reuss Bjerre
Nicolaj started working in Patentgruppen in 2007, first as trainee and thereafter as Patent Attorney in 2010. In 2016 he obtained authorisation as European Patent Attorney. Nicolaj is in charge of Patengruppen’s Life Science team, and advises small, medium and large size enterprises in Denmark as well as abroad. Nicolaj handles a wide range of IP tasks such as IP strategy, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, infringement analysis, Freedom-to-Operate analysis, as well as oppositions, appeals and oral proceedings at the European Patent Office (EPO).
Nicolaj is excellent at remaining focused in even very complex situations without losing his sense of detail, while taking an analytical and structured approach to the task.
