The Patentvoucher funding initiative reopens for applications on April 1st at 9:00 AM. The initiative is designed for companies seeking financial support for their IP-related costs.

What is the Patentvoucher funding initiative?

This initiative is part of the Danish government’s entrepreneurship strategy and is administered by Erhvervshus Nordjylland. Its purpose is to help businesses protect their innovations through IP protection.

How to qualify

💡 Your company must complete an IP check.
💡 Book your IP check now with your local Erhvervshus to be ready when applications open.

What does the voucher cover?

The initiative provides funding for expenses related to the patent application process, such as:

  • Patent consultancy
  • Patent search consultations
  • Preliminary investigations (e.g., novelty searches)
  • Assistance in drafting applications
  • Danish patent application fees
