Key takeaways from Aarhus seminar

A big thank you to everyone who participated in our seminar in Aarhus last week. It was a pleasure to once again host a seminar at our Aarhus office and to hear the many valuable perspectives that emerged during the case work and discussions.

One of the key messages was that what you publish in your first patent application really makes a difference – and that it is crucial to be clear about the purpose of the application. Is the goal to attract investors or to protect your business now and in the future? This reflection was a recurring theme across the presentations and provided participants with tools for their ongoing work.

We also touched on “bad patents” and a case featuring an “AI strawberry-picking drone,” among many other topics.
