Patenting of AI is underrated – did you rate it?

AI patenting is considered somewhat “fluffy” – the US, China, and Europe are still in the process of defining how AI inventions can be protected and address the challenge differently, creating an uneven global landscape.

This makes it more important than ever to ensure that your AI-related patents are future-proof. Do not overlook patenting opportunities simply because you believe they cannot be protected, or because you assume they carry no business value. In fact, for startups, SMEs, and Life Science companies in particular, well-crafted IP rights can be decisive for attracting investors, securing partnerships, and defending a market position in a competitive field.
