A design refers to the aesthetic appearance and the visual shape of a product or object, including elements as shape, pattern, color and ornamentation, which together contributes to the unique visual character of the product. With a design registration, you are protecting your product against replicas, and the value of your design will increase in comparison with competing products on the market.

Patentgruppen has years of experience in drafting of drawings for optimal design protection and with the administrative processes involved in the application and registration of a design in both Denmark, with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and with the World International Property Organization (WIPO).
